60K Esl-Compatible Low-Pressure Intensifier Seal Kit

Description

A kit designed for comprehensive service and maintenance of intensifier units operating at 60,000 psi. This kit includes the necessary rings, seals, and o-rings to refresh the major sealing interfaces in the ESL intensifier assembly.

Kit includes:

• 1 x Hydraulic Valve Rebuild Kit (A-20257-1)
• 2 x O-ring (A-0275-130)
• 2 x Back up ring (A-00250-240)
• 2 x Back up ring (A-0276-012)
• 2 x O-ring (A-0275-013)
• 2 x O-ring (A-0275-240)
• 4 x O-ring (A-0275-211)
• 2 x Intensifier Rod Seal (A-11275)
• 2 x O-ring (A-0275-019)
• 2 x O-ring (A-0275-015)
• 2 x O-ring (A-0275-014)
• 6 x O-ring (A-0275-012)
• 2 x Poly Pak Seal (A-1001)
• 2 x O-ring (A-00633-023)
• 2 x T Seal (A-00251-18)

Service note: Use the right lubricant or seal grease when installing this kit to avoid extrusion damage under high-pressure cycling. Be sure to flush and inspect the intensifier bore for scoring or pitting before seal installation, as damage can drastically shorten the life of the new seals.
